United Kingdom

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

• Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Carrier: Royal Mail (or similar tracked service).

International Shipping

We believe everyone should have access to nature’s softest touch, which is why we offer affordable worldwide tracked shipping to our international customers.

• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout (starting at low, competitive rates).

• Estimated Delivery (Europe): 5–10 business days.

• Estimated Delivery (Rest of World): 7–14 business days.

• Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasionally delays occur due to postal services or customs. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us at hello@cloudywindy.shop and we will investigate immediately.
